This could be the quickest review I have ever written about virtually any piece of software.  Reservation Master  software is hotel reservation software, room reservation software, airline reservation software and more.

If you need room booking software for your hotel, motel, guest house, B&B, campgrounds or whichever, this is a MUST have.  Reservation Master is also online reservation software.  With the internet as popular as it is, you will find that creating reservations online has never been easier.

In fact, this particular software program is such a no brainer that the originator (I think he is crazy) allows you to obtain a completely functional one month trial version absolutely free. Put simply, you’re able to actually use this for your business for 30 days without cost.

No risk…at all.

If after that period of time, you do not believe that this particular software merely flat out is better than anything else available, you don’t even have to hassle the company for a refund. After 30 days, the software will simply stop working and you can then go and search for something else.

But don’t bother.

You will NEVER find anything as user friendly as this. The interface is almost completely intuitive.

Let me give you a brief tour.

First of all, there are two versions…Reservation Master and Reservation Master Pro. I only tested the Pro version because I figured that if you’re running a business you want the full blown version.

Here is what I found.

Upon installation, that takes about 15 seconds, the hotel reservation software program asks you if you wish to use a sample database to test it out. I completely recommend this as you don’t want to deal with real data if you’re not sure whether you want to use it for your business or not.

On startup, the following is the actual screen you are greeted with:

 

You’ll see some of the descriptions on the left hand side are cut off. Don’t worry about this. The columns are all completely adjustable.

There is already some data in the test database as you can see.

To create a new reservation, just click on New.

 

 

As you can see, it is all completely intuitive. Just go through each field and fill it in with the appropriate data and then click on save.

You have the following views:

Booking View
Calendar View
Today’s Guests
Arrivals
Departures
Occupancy
Customer List
Product


Each view gives you a complete snapshot of your operation.

Each screen is as intuitive as the actual booking screen.
Trust me, you will NEVER find something as powerful and as easy to use as this software.
